Polyamide, known as PA, is characterized by its exceptional strength and elasticity, which makes it ideal for durable seating furniture. This material is also easy to maintain and retains its shape even under heavy use. PA is a high-performance plastic that we use in our seating furniture for load-bearing elements such as backrest supports and footrests. We use a base made from 100% recycled PA for our Mera model with the plastic star base variant in particular.
